Due to the consumable nature of our protein powders and boba pearls, we prioritize food safety and cannot accept returns on opened products. If you are unsatisfied with your order or received a damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a resolution.
Return Process

Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and within the 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Email our customer service team with your order number and photos if the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
- 3.Ship It Back
Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label; securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit.
- 4.Receive Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
